Comfortable room, friendly staff, the room was fairly recently renovated and offered reliable Wi-Fi for staying connected, made our stay enjoyable and hassle-free.

Clean appearance
Book-online was not clear on which HoJo the reservation was for...we went to the wrong location 10 miles north of our destination and had to double back.. Poor room layout...Too much excess and large furniture crammed into a small area for an overnight stay, table and chairs blocked air flow from a/c unit and were also difficult to comfortably use. Pillows were very stiff and uncomfortable.

The location is marvellous, 2 miles from Ebenezer Baptist Church. Would stay here again when in Florence, it was a such great stay.

The hotel was a nice comfy base for enjoying a wonderful area, right by restraunts and shopping centers and Waffle House and Florence on December 30. Overall the room was pet-friendly with TV and a king bed, as example. The services were great. The location of the property was comfy - approx 10-15 minutes' walk from Cottle Strawberry Farm. I ate at the attached restaurant near the hotel. I was there for the trip and had a really good stay, so I will certainly stay here again.

The check-in process was quick.
Very outdated in the rooms. We found roaches by the sofa, on the ac unit, mold growing in the bathroom vent, and a very large spider in the tub. Also, I am 8 1/2 months pregnant and at 1045 am I got sick and needed to take another shower. Instead of the housekeeping lady looking to see that my bags were packed, she walked in the shower room, called the front desk, and went to the next room. At 1103 am, the front desk called and said we were going to be charged an additional day because we were late at checking out. Horrible.

The room was very comfortable and clean. The staff were amazing!
We had a hard time getting the fridge to work but eventually we got it going. Also the phone did not have any dial tone. The office would call and the light would flash but once you picked up the receiver....nothing.

Towels were terrible, the location felt like it was in an abandoned area of town. if I was traveling alone I wouldn't have stayed there
